Project Duration:

Primary heating & cooling of conditioned spaces provided via a small air-to-air Energy Recovery Ventilator & Variable Refrigerant Volume system. Electric UH’s were for unconditioned spaces exposed to freezing temps and Ductless Split Systems were provided for the necessary cooling in the electrical/data rooms.

HPE installed the heating & cooling system and plumbing systems for a large multi-use parking structure with a rooftop athletic field and office/storage areas. Project consisted of 4 levels of parking which were naturally ventilated with an extensive area-drainage system, all protected from freezing via heat trace. Electrical/data rooms had split system cooling systems as well as UH’s for low ambient conditions. On the soccer field level, there were public restrooms, storage areas, and offices which were climate controlled via a Daikin VRV system and an air-to-air ERV.
