New 12-story apartment building in Uptown Denver, incorporating 288,813 sq. ft. of area with 211 residential units. The unique structural system utilizes an infinity wall and deck system, while mechanical heat pumps fed from three rooftop boilers, one cooling tower, and one plate and frame heat exchanger make up the primary heating and cooling systems. The building has 202 parking spaces in one below-grade parking area with make-up and smoke exhaust fans controlled off CO2 detectors, and two additional above-grade air parking levels. Additional mechanical and plumbing systems include stair and hoist way pressurization and exhaust fans, two rooftop air units, kitchen exhaust, and one large domestic water booster pump.
