A “fast track” project schedule with the majority of construction complete within 6 months. This project was a 2-level precast concrete structure, with total floor space of approximately 275,000 sf. This included a central utility plant, cooling towers and 86computer room air handling units to begin with. Rooftop air handling units, fan room AHU’s, and extensive fuel oil and exhaust systems. In total, over 9,000 feet of bore piping was installed.
