The DPS Far NE ECE (Sandra Todd Academy) is a single story early childhood education facility in the Green Valley Ranch area of Denver. MEP contractors participated in a 3-D modeling process to generate efficiency with installation and prefabrication of select elements. The building conditioning was achieved by a combination heating hot water/vav and gas heat from a series of roof top units, cooling was achieved by DX from the rooftop equipment.
