This project is comprised of an eleven story high rise office and garage building. First floor includes the office entry lobby, fire command center, speculative retail/assembly, training, garage ramp to he second floor as well as support areas such as generator room, fire pump room, electrical rooms. Second through sixth are parking. Seventh through the 11th floors contain office and assembly occupancies.
