The mechanical systems for this new construction recreation center consisted of a pool dehumidification/heat recovery unit,  commercial application large ceiling fans, and gas-fired heating and dx cooling rooftop units with downstream variable air volume reheat coils served by three forced draft water boilers. The plumbing systems included domestic water feeding multiple locker rooms, kitchens, and a pool area, a large-scale water softening system, three central water heaters, and over 500 feet of trench drainage, throughout.
