On April 19th, Team HPE was thrilled to learn we have been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Denver Post! The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few. HPE was recognized among 150 total Top Workplaces and was placed in the Top 50 Midsized Businesses category, ranking #45.

This is the second year HPE has been recognized as a Denver Post Top Workplace and in 2017, we were also recognized as a Colorado Springs Gazette Top Workplace.

"We are very proud of this recognition and inclusion on this exclusive list of the Top 150 companies in Denver," said Kelly Eustace, HPE President. "We attribute this honor and every one of our successes to our people -- who truly propel our business forward with honest performance, everyday. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to them for helping us achieve this recognition and for helping us to rise to the top of the ranks in mechanical construction!"

We are very proud of our ranking and look forward to continued achievement in the future — together!
