    Preventative Maintenance Services
    Fully Customizable Preventative Maintenance Program

  • Quarterly
  • Semi-Annual
  • Annual
  • Full Maintenance
  • Maintenance Program
Changing air filters to increase equipment lifetime.
Condenser coils will be inspected and cleaned. Dirty coils increase refrigerant pressure, increasing electrical costs and shortening equipment life.
Drain pans checked, cleaned, and treated. Plugged drain pans and lines can overflow.
Checking refigerant charge. A low or high refrigerant charge can easily go unnoticed, increasing operation cost. An improper charge can cause evaporator coil icing or compressor shutdown.
Inspection of electrical connection. Loose connections in the electrical circuits, disconnects, starters, relays or thermostats can burn and cause premature component or equipment failure.
Inspection and adjustment of belts and pulleys. Loose belts and worn pulleys decrease airflow, and shorten the compressors life.
Controls, safeties and wiring checked. Controls that do not function properly can increase operation and repair costs.
Motor and bearing lubrication. Improperly lubricated rotating equipment will result in premature failure.
Brushing and cleaning evaporator coils after inspection. Even a small amount of dirt on a coil decreased efficiency and increases operating costs. Dirty evaporator coils are a major cause of compressor failure.
Heating cycle checked for proper operation. Gas system will be checked for proper flame characteristics and gas leaks.

Creating More Comfortable, Energy Efficient and Productive Buildings HPE together with Honeywell

Honeywell has long been a pioneer in energy saving, beginning in 1885 with the invention of the Damper Flapper, a simple-yet-ingenious device that opened to help the fire in a furnace burn hotter and closed when the area being heated was warm enough, helping to save fuel costs.
Honeywell’s innovative leadership continues today with the commercial programmable thermostats, economizers, variable frequency drive, and much more. From individual products to complete building management systems, Honeywell delivers energy savings and building comfort.
    How Much Can You Save?
Time and again Honeywell has delivered over 10 to 20 percent on heating and cooling costs. In today’s environment of soaring energy costs, that adds up to significant savings. Energy is the single largest operating expense for a commercial office building. By improving a building energy performance, owners can experience:

  • Lower Operating Expenses
  • Increased net operating income
  • Increased funds from operations
  • Enhanced asset and shareholder value
  • One Brand Does It All
Because HPE can handle everything from product selection to installation and training, you won’t have to spend time calling different suppliers and installers. And you will always have a place to call when you have questions. HPE has been around for over 60 years and will be here to service you for years to come.
