Design Build Engineering

• Construction Drawings: Engineering and CAD services for permit documents
• Cost Estimates: Preliminary cost reports based on years of data showing labor, material and equipment in a detailed cost tracking format from start to finish

Constructability/ cost control assistance (Design Assist)
• Material options: for code compliance and constructability cost control
• Equipment Selection: Providing cost effective alternatives to ensure that the client is only paying for what they need.
• Quality Assurance: HPE’s experienced personnel will review the documents at many levels to ensure a complete working system is being provided for the client.

Budgeting
• HPE can provide accurate budgeting at any stage of a design

Plan and Specification estimate
• Digitized Take-off: HPE utilizes Quickpen software for detailed plumbing, mechanical piping and sheetmetal estimates.
• Material Pricing: We use a national pricing service with up to the week regional based updates to ensure current and accurate pricing.
• Subcontractors and Vendors: HPE utilizes competitive quotations from numerous companies based on the scope of the project to ensure quality and price.
